Shipping

All billets are in stock in Ashland, Oregon. Orders placed before 2 pm Pacific ship the same business day, and later orders the next business day.

United States

US orders ship by USPS Priority Mail, and delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is $10, and free on orders over $50 after discounts. Orders to US territories, including Puerto Rico, ship at the same rates.

The steel is already imported and in stock here, so a US order ships as a domestic parcel, with no duties, tariffs or customs fees on delivery.

Lost packages

We take the hit. If a package goes missing on its way to you, we replace the order if we can, or refund it in full if we can't. You don't need to buy separate shipping insurance. Email info@damaworks.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

International orders

International orders ship at cost: the shipping charge is calculated live at checkout (USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx). All customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility, and international delivery times are carrier estimates. The Terms and Conditions cover parcels that are refused or not collected.

We don't ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the nearby microstates and territories (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Svalbard and Jan Mayen), or Southern Africa (South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini). Those markets are served by BALBACHDAMAST® and its distribution partners there. We also don't ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, the Central African Republic, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Venezuela or Yemen, or to the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, because of U.S. sanctions or USPS mail suspensions.

Returns

You can return a billet within 30 days of delivery, in any condition, as long as the whole billet comes back. The return policy has the details.
