Forge Stock

Forge-ready carbon or stainless Damascus (DSC® Carbon or DSC® Inox) for smiths who forge their own: raw, scaled square and flat bars and rounds, thicker than most cut-to-size stock and not surface-ground, sold by the inch. BALBACHDAMAST®'s forging range is 1742-1976°F for carbon and 1742-1922°F for stainless. Cool slowly after forging, and soft anneal before machining or hardening.
