To start a return, simply reach out via the contact form below or email me at info@damaworks.com within 30 days of your order. I accept billets in any condition — cut, etched, or processed — as long as the entire billet is returned, even if it's in pieces. Upon receiving your return, the choice is yours: a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement billet shipped out at my cost. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy — Legal Terms

All returns are subject to the following conditions. The 30-day return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery as recorded by the carrier. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, postage, and any applicable insurance. Damaworks LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Damaworks LLC will process the customer's elected resolution — refund, store credit, or replacement — within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only; store credit is issued as a Damaworks LLC account credit with no expiration date. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

International customers must contact Damaworks LLC at info@damaworks.com prior to initiating any return shipment. International return shipments are subject to all applicable customs duties, import fees, and carrier charges, which are the sole responsibility of the returning customer. Damaworks LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or lost by customs authorities or international carriers. In the event an international order is refused at delivery, abandoned, or returned to Damaworks LLC due to non-payment of customs charges or failure to collect, Damaworks LLC will refund the product cost only; original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded, and any return shipping or customs costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. By initiating a return, the customer agrees to these terms in full.
